Iconiquemgmt, established in 2008 as Darley Models and rebranded in 2016, has a legacy of championing diversity and nurturing exceptional talent within the fashion industry.  Founded by a multifaceted creative with expertise in performance, photography, styling, and makeup artistry, we've cultivated the careers of internationally renowned models such as Amy Willock,Ajak Deng, Adau Mornyang, Hirscy Hirshfelder,Tokio James and Aweng Chuol.  We also relaunched Danielle Hayes' career after her win on NZNTM, which led to her international acclaim.  Our pioneering work in showcasing young African models, particularly refugees, has challenged industry norms and redefined representation.  We were the first agency to feature two African models in the Myer Fashion Showcase (Melbourne and Sydney) and the first to cast an African model as the face of David Jones' annual fashion runway (2008).  At Iconiquemgmt, we continue to lead the way, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for rising stars.  We only place models globally with partners on the forefront of the fashion industry, providing our models with an extensive network to thrive.
